Abraham Lincoln's legacy as one of our greatest presidents is well understood but his legacy as a wrestler is less known. The Great Emancipator was quite the accomplished wrestler as a young man. Defeated only once in approximately 300 matches, Lincoln’s grappling exploits earned him an “Outstanding American” honor in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.
